Weapons or drugs are absolutely prohibited. At the entrance the security will check every visitor. It is also not allowed to bring your own drinks or food into the venue. 

Tickets and VIP tables that have been paid for, can’t be cancelled.

Professional equipment is only allowed after written permission of the organization. 

You can use lockers for your jackets and bags. They come in 2 sizes. One is 5 euro and the bigger one is 7.50. 

There will be a First Aid Team present during the event.

You can use the toilets all night long for the value of 1 credit.

Parking in the area is free. Please park in the right places, obeying all normal traffic rules. Parking near the entrance is not possible, as the street will be closed for the event. ( Not even for crew & artists.

You can pay with cash or card at the entrance. For drinks and food you need a card with credits, which you can buy at a special desk, where you can also pay with cash and cards.

It is possible to buy a complete bottle of strong licor. You will be charged a bail of 35 euro, which will be returned to you after bringing back the bottle and the rest of the things. When you buy a bottle there will be small tables available for you to use.

This does not apply for the VIP zone.

Latin food will be available and provided by Claudia’s Delight. You can pay for the food with the credits on your card, that are also for buying drinks.

After entering the venue you cannot leave the building and enter again. Only in specific situations, that are decided by the security you are allowed to leave and re-enter the venue.
